The Master Data Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of business-critical information that supports decision-making across the company. Sitting within the Financial Control function and reporting to the Master Data Manager, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, maintenance and quality of master data across customers, vendors and materials. This role is essential in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and that our supply chain, finance and commercial teams have the information they need to operate effectively.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams, using your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage data changes, ensure compliance, and support the wider business. WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Understanding of master data management and how accurate data enables business success
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience in a data-related or administrative role, with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with MDM tools is a bonus, but not essential
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset aligned with KP’s values of teamwork, integrity and continuous improvement
