About the role AGL’s Asset Services team is looking for a Master Data and Operational Readiness specialist to play a critical role in governing and maintaining our Work Management Master Data in SAP. With the flexibility to be based from Vic, SA, NSW or QLD, we are looking for someone who is competent in maintaining and mastering data standards, systems and processes for our existing generation assets. What you’ll be doing: Oversee SAP Work Management Master Data - oversee data integrity, system risks and controls, and compliance with AGL standards. Maintain and improve Master Data - manage system-wide data, support sites to align with standards, and facilitate new asset integrations into SAP. Shape the future of Work Management data - lead master data forums, coordinate user acceptance testing, and develop a roadmap for continuous improvement. Support maintenance strategies - ensure data accuracy enables reporting, compliance and optimisation of maintenance activities. Drive operational readiness - collaborate with project teams to ensure SAP data for new assets and modifications is complete before handover. What you’ll bring: You’re a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You bring a structured approach to data governance and thrive on continuous improvement. Qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a relevant trade (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience in SAP Work Management or Master Data Administration Communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels A strategic mindset with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities A collaborative approach to delivering outcomes Proven experience managing competing priorities in complex operational environments Applications close 3 November.
