ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic Master Data Assistant based in Heatherton, Victoria on a full-time basis who will be responsible for product and pricing data updates across multiple maintained Total Tools Hardware Group (TTHG) systems (AX, COM and Retek) to help support our members, suppliers and of course the Hardware business.
This is a hybrid role where you can enjoy working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days work from home after the initial training period.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Master Data Manager, as a Master Data Assistant you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure all product master data changes are made in accordance with our company policies and procedures.

  • The Master Data Assistant (manual data entry) will be responsible for the high-level accuracy of product and pricing data.
  • Able to accurately create and maintain all aspects of master data manually and comprehend the flow on effects of data across multiple systems and business stakeholders.
  • Cost and retail updates to product information, changes to product descriptions, creation of new items as well as other product file related changes/updates and enhancements
  • Able to act accordingly with precision when data errors occur and can provide training to new team members and relevant stakeholders on data related processes.
  • Provide support and testing for system integrations/upgrades.
  • Work within a shared email inbox.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • You are an experienced Data entry guru with strong systems experience as well as extremely high attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with limited supervision, working to business deadlines and KPI’s.
  • A true partner and support to a Merchandise team and its stakeholders in managing the data integrity analysis, identifying and addressing master data related issues.
  • You have excellent organisational and planning skills in managing a personal workload in a busy environment with conflicting demands.
  • Have previous experience in a similar master data administration role (highly regarded).
