POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular E2E Process- & Master Data Workstream Lead for the Transcend Program, the Master Data Champion will be responsible for all aspects of Data Management, Data Migration and Analytics.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global supply chain processes and core master data for material- and manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Process and Requirements Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions around process requirements and drive alignment across business needs.
  • Self-Management and Resilience: Strong self-management skills while working in ambiguity, demonstrating resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to analyze and design effective business processes.
  • Escalation Communication: Knowing when to escalate decisions to the Product Owner with an effective communication of urgency and risk involved.
  • Clear Direction: Ability to provide clear direction to the team on required clarifications, facilitating efficient progress on deliverables.
  • Thorough Documentation: Strong attention to detail, particularly in writing Product Backlog Level 4’s (PBL4’s) and Acceptance Criteria that meet project standards.
  • Collaborative Approach: Willingness to collaborate face-to-face with team members to quickly resolve impediments and provide necessary clarifications.
  • Holistic Solution Articulation: Capability to articulate the holistic benefits of the ERP solution from a business perspective, emphasizing value to stakeholders.
  • Sense of Urgency: A proactive sense of urgency and drive to meet team goals and velocity while maintaining quality.
  • Functional Expertise in Supply Chain: Proven functional expertise with a robust understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes and how they interconnect across various functional areas.
  • E2E Knowledge: Has strong understanding of the E2E Supply Chain processes and the interactions across the various functional areas.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma: Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes are preferred, showcasing commitment to process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Electrophysiology & Neurovascular base business functions and ensure clean core master data for testing and cutover in SAP S4 HANA template
  • Collaborate with the master data governance (MDG) team to ensure data configuration meets business capability needs
  • Partner with business adoption team to ensure organization change, business readiness, and training are delivered to meet business need
  • Supports the local/wave organisation in training, testing & business transformation aspects.
  • Development and deployment of process deviation and data quality scorecards and improvement action plan to functional owners
  • Participate in targeted Transcend Workshops, provide input and clarifications to the team on specialized processes.
  • Attend targeted solution demo workshops and provide feedback to the Transcend team, support the training documentation.
  • Support data validation & cleansing for Testing and Cutover as needed.
