Arconic is currently in search of Master Data Management Expert to join our Business Unit/Team in Location .

The purpose of this role is to oversee the administrative activities (data entry and modification) within Master Data Management. Working together with team members of an external outsourcing company and to ensure sustainable compliance with internal/external audit and SOX requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree or OKJ certificate or 4 years’ experience in demonstrated data handling, database management
  • Professional English language capabilities and preferably additional European language skills

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Customer focus, results orientation, problem solving capabilities, professionalism, collaboration, attention to details are essential.
  • Self-confidence, learning orientation, global awareness, judgment, initiative, tenacity are needed in this position.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Broad business understanding with specific knowledge of Master Data Management, processes, and related internal controls.
  • Procurement, Sales and/or Supply Chain Management with an exposure to a variety of commodities and suppliers/customers.
  • Accounting and Invoice Processing (Understanding of the basic accounting rules and payment methods, as well as the banking information).
  • Supplier Performance Measurement and Management.
  • Broad knowledge of procurement practices and processes as well as supporting tools, IT-solutions and methodologies.
  • Risk Management (Risk identification and assessment, risk management)
