Tacony Corporation is on the lookout to find our next Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join the Operations team in St. Louis, MO! This person will be diving into the dynamic world of data integrity, be the master of entries, keeper of changes, and the voice communicating vital updates to our key stakeholders. This role is responsible for promoting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency by monitoring master data and master data relationships within the organization. What You'll Do  * Serve as gatekeeper of master data, ensuring compliance with standards and consistency across systems * Support data governance, quality, and integrity in partnership with functional data owners * Own, drive, and improve change management and data processes, including requests, updates, and implementation * Identify and resolve data quality issues; proactively recommend improvements * Lead data cleansing efforts to eliminate outdated, inaccurate, or duplicate records * Analyze and address data-related challenges while aligning with business and customer requirements * Maintain item master data and support product launches in collaboration with project teams * Deliver monthly reporting on data accuracy and process adherence * Develop and maintain clear documentation and standardized methodologies * Ensure data supports Supply Chain initiatives and operational needs * Partner with business units and IT to align on data standards and processes * Support training and communication on governance standards and tools What You'll Need  * High School Diploma and demonstrated experience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing and distribution environment, required * At least 1 year of experience in database management or data entry in ERP environment and understands the cross functional master data relationships * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communicator   * Ability to work in both an independent and team environment What We Offer  As an employee at Tacony, you receive more than just a paycheck.
