Description
Proven experience in implementing MDM solutions, specifically with Informatica. Prior experience with Informatica MDM solutioning and architectural design is highly valued. Experience with Informatica IDMC Cloud is a significant plus. Hands-on expertise across the entire MDM solution lifecycle, including data profiling, integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, and consolidation. A strong understanding of data structures and relationships. Excellent data analysis skills, with strong proficiency in SQL. The ability to understand and assess Source to Target mapping documents, providing insightful recommendations. Knowledge of technology and software development processes. Strong presentation development and delivery skills. A proactive and strategic mindset, capable of anticipating issues and planning effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in Informatica MDM and IDQ solutioning, design, and implementation leadership. Demonstrated experience in Informatica MDM solutioning and architectural design. Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub and ActiveVOS. Strong familiarity with data modeling principles and data integration techniques. Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes. MDM Solutioning & Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements and enterprise data strategy. Informatica MDM Configuration: Oversee and guide the configuration and customization of Informatica MDM, defining entity types, relationships, business rules, match and merge strategies, and user interfaces. Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to lead the design and maintenance of the data model within the MDM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Data Integration: Direct the integration of data from various source systems into Informatica MDM, performing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity. Match and Merge: Define and guide the implementation of robust match and merge rules to identify and consolidate duplicate records within party entities, enabling a single, accurate view of each entity. Data Quality Management: Lead the definition and implementation of data quality rules and workflows within the MDM system to monitor, measure, and continuously improve data quality across party-related data. Data Governance: Ensure strict adherence to data governance principles and data security best practices throughout MDM implementation and ongoing data management processes. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the MDM system, leading efforts to optimize data loading, matching, and retrieval processes for efficient and seamless operations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data analysts, and business users, to understand data requirements and lead the delivery of MDM solutions that precisely meet business needs. Testing and Validation: Oversee and guide thorough unit and integration testing to validate MDM configurations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within the MDM repository. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals for the MDM implementation. Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze ongoing business requirements, build useful and efficient reporting for validating MDM activities, analyze existing SQL queries, suggest improvements, create scripts and procedures for data migration, and provide timely scheduled reporting. Established and active employee resource groups Informatica MDM certifications, such as Informatica MDM Developer Specialist, are highly desirable.
