Role Overview The Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining master data across systems in alignment with internal policies. This role will contribute to operational excellence and data accuracy across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance, consistency, and high-quality data stewardship. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain lists, directories, and master data across multiple platforms. Use tools such as Oracle, Jira, and Slack to support data workflows and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with the company's Master Data Management Policy and related standards. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while communicating professionally and assertively. Support data processing and reporting tasks through advanced Excel capabilities. Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and technologies. Work with international documentation and maintain standards across jurisdictions (e.g., USA, EU, Israel). Key Qualifications & Experience Must-have requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience with Oracle, Jira, and Slack. Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, data validation, formulas). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English Ability to stay focused and assertive under pressure. Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and tools. Familiarity with handling international documentation. Preferred qualifications: Experience working in regulated or policy-driven environments. Exposure to Master Data Management or data governance frameworks. Experience working independently or as part of a distributed team. Hebrew fluency Competencies & Behavioral Traits High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
