Opis stanowiska As MDM Quality & Compliance Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence within the MDM Center of Excellence by ensuring strict adherence to global data standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team dedicated to monitoring data quality, controls, and audits across all domains—including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance—to enable trusted data for business transformation and decision-making. In this role, you will manage Front Office operations while providing indirect oversight of Back Office functions to ensure enterprise-wide compliance and data assurance. Leadership & Team Management Lead and coach the MDM Quality & Compliance team, building expertise in controls, data governance, and monitoring. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Manage team workload, priorities, and development. Front office management and indirect oversight of Back office Quality & Compliance Oversight Define, implement, and monitor master data quality KPIs and controls across domains. Oversee regular quality assessments, audits, and compliance reviews. Ensure adherence to internal policies, data governance standards, and external regulations (e.g., GDPR). Act as escalation point for quality or compliance issues identified within operations or projects. Support design and implementation of global MDM policies and frameworks Data Governance & Standards Partner with global Data Owners, Stewards, and Process Leads to align on policies, standards, and compliance frameworks. Support the definition and roll-out of enterprise-wide data quality rules and controls. Maintain documentation of compliance frameworks, quality procedures, and audit trails Work closely with Internal Controls and Audit ensuring MDM controls are embedded in the global IC framework Continuous Improvement & Assurance Identify and drive remediation of systemic data issues (duplicates, inconsistencies, policy breaches). Implement automated monitoring solutions (dashboards, workflows, RPA/AI-driven data quality tools). Recommend and deliver continuous improvements in data governance and compliance monitoring. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with GBS Operations, IT, Internal Audit, and Risk & Compliance teams. Support system implementations, ERP migrations, and data transformation projects from a quality/compliance perspective. Provide training and guidance on data quality and compliance to Data Stewards and Business users.
