Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications. The Business Title Manager will be leading the Pharma Master Data Team to design and deliver reliable master data solutions that support key Pharma business processes. This team will be ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and compliant across systems to enable smooth operations and informed decisions. This Manager will be a trusted and efficient master data foundation for the Pharma business offering a single source of truth that drives quality, compliance, and innovation. What is expected of you and others at this level Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals Ensures employees operate within guidelines Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects Gains consensus from various parties involved Qualifications 8-12 years of experience, preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Expertise in the implementation of SAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, and Material in large-scale projects is required. Extensive experience in integrating SAP MDG with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems. Strong understanding of third-party interfaces and data conversion processes. Proven experience in aligning business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance. Expert-level SAP functional configuration experience in Material, Customer, and Supplier master data. Significant experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus), including building rule-based workflow services, user exits, BADIs, and working collaboratively with developers for enhancements. Proficiency in data model enhancement, data transfer (DIF/DEF), data replication framework (DRF), and rule-based workflow configuration. Experience in integrating business process requirements with SAP MDG technical solutions. SAP MDG certifications are a plus.
