As the Master Data Steward & Systems Support, you will be responsible for setting up new users and maintaining Tech Tool applications, as well as managing master data in line with Volvo Group Australia’s (VGA) governance.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Log customer support requests in the current ticketing system
• Provide first level support in relation to user administration
• Provide PC fleet management and administration services for the Tech Tool computers
• End to end ownership and follow up of user access and support requests
• Provide master data database support across VGA’s dealer network systems (Customer, Vehicle, Dealer and User Systems)
• Management and maintenance of data assets
• Coordinate master data management activities with other data owners to ensure consistent approach to treatment of data assets
• Provide input to process and system owners that will help secure data quality
