Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Master Automotive Detailers to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our new and pre-owned vehicles meet the highest standards of presentation and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and is highly skilled in advanced detailing techniques. Key Responsibilities: * Perform full-service detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles * Operate buffers and polishing equipment safely and effectively * Complete paint correction processes, including compounding and polishing * Remove heavy stains from interior surfaces (carpet, upholstery, headliners) * Perform professional headlight restoration * Remove window tint as needed * Clean and recondition vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area * Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience * Proven experience with buffing, paint correction, and advanced detailing techniques * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Valid driver’s license with a good driving record * Ability to pass a drug screen and background check * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Benefits: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company participation * Paid vacation * Training pay and ongoing development opportunities * Clean, well-maintained work environment Why Join Us?
