Maximizes School Operations

• Assist in the development and communication of school goals and action plans.
• Utilizes full knowledge of OMAC’s curriculum up to current rank. Including patterns, self-defense, and techniques for board breaking, various kicking techniques, various stances, and anything else that will be taught in any class.
• To lead a full class for any belt level, including effective and applicable warm-up drills and/or kicking techniques for a class and also entertain/engage/involve kids in the after school class.
• Engages with students of all ages and levels so as to develop a relationship with each student.
• To communicate company objectives and initiatives to others.
• Ensure customer’s needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Has total ability to hold boundaries with students. Any issues with students, such as misbehavior, bullying, disrespect to peers or staff, are to be reported to the manager immediately.
