Master's degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields Over 8 years of experience in commercial base station RF power amplifier design Proficient in common RF design tools (such as ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, etc.) Strong hands-on skills and laboratory experience Good learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork skills Relevant industry or project experience in RF design Familiarity with GaN and LDMOS technologies Strong knowledge of commercial PA architectures, including wideband, high-power, and high-efficiency PA architectures and design methodologies The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
