The Master Planner creates an executable operations plan by aligning customer demand with internal and supplier capacity across all assembly sites. This role manages long‑term demand in MRP, maintains accurate configurations, and implements changes to ensure inventory integrity and operational readiness. It identifies capacity and material risks, evaluates customer change requests, and recommends mitigation strategies. The Master Planner collaborates closely with planners, sales, and manufacturing to support schedule execution and maintain reliable, efficient supply performance.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Owns management of long-term demand in MRP (Tie off demand loaded in MRP with approved Ops Plan). * Maintains up to date configuration details in MRP, implements ECR changes as needed. * Identifies Materials or capacity critical path with associated risks and mitigation measures. * Assess Customer change request (drop in – cancellations…) and articulates impacts and options to prepare UCT’s response. * Communicate to site planners' execution plan to support customer change request. * Work with planners weekly to reconcile impact of drop ins and cancellations. * May have to manage daily production meetings with sales, planners and manufacturing. * Performs other duties as required. * Attendance is an essential job function. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Proven track record on delivering on commitments to customers. * Extensive knowledge of Excel. * Extensive knowledge of MRP planning processes, preferably Oracle or SAP. Educational/Certification Requirement: * Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field. * APICS/CPIM would be viewed favorably but is not required.
