Master Planner SCM - NA Market Your Tasks & Responsabilities: 1. Lead the Monthly Supply Review Meetings (S&OE) for North America. 2. Communicate with Regional SCM teams to highlight demand changes and/or supply changes or constraints. 3. Run and control MPS in alignment with the customer demands achieving the required production output. 4. Generate the full horizon RCCP Capacity plans for the 0-36 months Horizon. 5. Reach the inventory and service targeted levels as well as an optimal product coverage. 6. Spot potential risks of below or above inventory coverage, keep write-offs at the minimum. 7. Deliver a Master plan in APO to have the optimal quantities possible for the production campaigns. 8. Responsible for consolidating release requirements with QA and future release projections to have the locally produced finished goods availability for distribution on time. 9. Keep as much as possible, the Potential Lost Sales with zero. 10. Coordinate the completeness and correctness of Master Data fields with the responsible teams to ensure data integrity for planning. 11. Elaborate the production plan for Assigned packaging lines and ensure adherence to it. 12. Revisit and revise plan (if necessary) to incorporate changes either internally or externally driven (eg, changes in customer prioritizes). 13. Balance the production schedule with the highest possible OEE being accountable to cover service and inventory metrics. 14. Close tracking to launches and artwork changes together with the Project Managers. 15. Elaborate Financial Forecasts for site production Volumes (Budget, FC1,2,3). Who You Are: Thorough and in-depth knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP-APO), Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning. Knowledge of APS tools are a plus (OMP, wayRTS, IBP). Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree Career: Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar. Special Knowledge: SAP APO, MS Office. Languages: English (advanced). ASCM CPIM/CIRM/CSCP certification preferred. Work experience: +5 years in Production planning or demand planning. Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
