Hours & Schedule Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergencies Job Description Troubleshooting, repair, inspection and recording of facilities equipment including but not limited to heating water systems, steam systems, freshwater systems, drainage systems, and sewer systems. Sources and prices repair supplies and schedules repairs. Plans installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches to determine material requirements along with cost of supplies. Assists in training and working with other maintenance technicians. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency, required. Active Driver's License, required. Master Plumber's License. Three (3) years minimum experience as a Master Plumber. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. Responsibilities
The Master Plumber is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting various facilities equipment, including heating, water, drainage, and sewer systems. They will also source repair supplies, plan installations, and assist in training other maintenance technicians.
