Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Master Production Scheduler (f/m) to join the Airbus Avioncis & Simulation domain based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing, manufacturing & repair avionics products for the all Airbus aircraft family. Your challenges: Evaluate programs and manufacturing requirements to build optimized production scenarios based on resource availability (manpower, machine, material). Prepare and lead weekly/monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) routine meetings with all internal stakeholders. Build, analyze, and update operational KPIs to measure production plan adherence, delivery performance, and drive associated improvement plans. Maintain data integrity, planning parameters, and master models within our scheduling systems. Act as a key business end-user for major ERP migration projects (SAP PGI to SAP S/4HANA) and digital tools deployment (MES). Your boarding pass: Education in Engineering or vocational training in areas related to industrial production / planning / project management / logistics Mastering planning and scheduling tools (SAP ERP/PGI/S4) Knowledge of electronics for aircraft manufacturing processes and associated quality standards. Basic knowledge of SAP programming would be a plus ERP (Enterprise resource planning) project management/ involvment experience; from the concept phase to the integration phase would be a plus French and English advanced level This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
