Description
Provide expertise in roast theory and actively apply knowledge to improve processes. Support daily roasting requirements for Pilot Plant. Perform general roaster maintenance and sanitation. Participate in weekly sensory panels and identify how process deviations impact product profiles. Support optimization across the network by identifying and acting upon potential roadblocks and process improvements to reduce downtime, scrap, and product not meeting specifications. Develop, coach, and mentor network master roasters to understand current and new technologies and processes.
