We are currently seeking a full-time Master's Level Behavioral Specialist Counselor to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee. The Master's Level Behavioral Specialist Counselor provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy. Qualifications Masters level degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution required. Certified Psychological Assistant meeting all Behavioral Analyst Certification requirements preferred. Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification. Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
