In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with our youth! JRI’s Community Based Services division is dedicated to providing care that helps families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges access essential services for success at home, in school, and within the community. Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach grounded individualized services and evidence-based practices. Compensation  The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.  This range may be modified in the future.  JRI Provides The Training So That:  * You will provide community-based services like family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management. * You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to identify effective strategies for client support. * You will create interventions to enhance family support for youth, potentially preventing hospitalization. * You will build a strength-based therapeutic relationship among clinicians, youth, and families to address behavioral health needs. * You will deliver trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services focused on the young person's needs. * You will consult with collateral parties, including schools and medical providers. * You will work with a treatment team to find the best approaches for client support in the community. Requirements: * Must be 21 years of age. * Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required. * Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you! * Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred. * Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background. * Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds. * Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule. * Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite. * Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population. * Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required. * Background and driving record checks will be performed.
