Responsibilities

As our Master Scheduler, you’ll orchestrate manufacturing activities from engineering release through product delivery, ensuring optimal resource utilization while meeting customer expectations.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive manufacturing plans and schedules that align with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Evaluate schedule change requests from Program Management and Sales, making strategic decisions based on machine capacity, workforce availability, and resource constraints
  • Create and present insightful analytics through charts, graphs, and reports that showcase production status against schedules and recommend resource allocation strategies
  • Analyze schedule variances, assess cost implications, and implement corrective actions to minimize impact on programs
  • Lead production meetings that drive accountability and collaborative problem-solving
  • Contribute to key decision-making processes affecting manufacturing plans and schedules
  • Develop forward-looking capacity plans that meet demand requirements while optimizing resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate system data for timely capacity planning
  • Partner with site management on 6-12 month Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to support strategic capital and resource planning
