Support transactional accuracy for production reporting, completions, and work order closures. Partner with Logistics and Operations to align shipping schedules with production completion dates. Track and report key production KPIs including schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization. Provide daily and weekly production status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans. Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, ERP accuracy, and cross-functional visibility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
