Program Master Scheduler Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid) Salary Range: Competitive; commensurate with experience Position Summary Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing (NHHRC) is recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Program Master Scheduler to support large, complex infrastructure and transit programs. This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of integrated program schedules and works within the Project Controls and Program Planning & Control environment. The Program Master Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring schedule reliability, identifying risks, and supporting leadership with accurate, defensible schedule data across design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and report on integrated program schedules for large infrastructure programs Correlate schedule activities with design plans to reflect accurate construction durations and sequencing Update schedule data as design progresses, documenting the basis of durations and assumptions Manage progress updates, duration changes, and verification of schedule logic Identify key activities not typically included in baseline schedules (e.g., utilities, environmental constraints, seasonal restrictions, procurements) Analyze current and future schedules to assess reliability and alignment with planned construction activities Perform schedule risk analysis, including identification of critical path, longest path, and high-risk activities Provide recommendations to improve schedule reliability and performance Prepare periodic reports and documentation for Program and Project Controls leadership Support schedule reviews, audits, and executive-level reporting as directed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum of 20 years of progressive scheduling and project controls experience Extensive experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, or roadway transportation projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and impacts across complex schedules Proficiency with scheduling and project controls tools, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite #ProgramMasterScheduler #ProjectControls #SchedulingCareers #InfrastructureProjects #TransitProjects #RailProjects #PrimaveraP6 #CaliforniaJobs #SacramentoJobs #HybridJobs
