Job Overview The Master Scheduler at Weatherford plays a critical role in translating demand requirements into a feasible mid-term execution plan for Repair & Maintenance operations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a 30/60/90-day Master Production Schedule (MPS) that aligns workforce, equipment capacity, and material availability. Acting as the central coordination point between planning, operations, and supply teams, the Master Scheduler ensures proactive decision-making, schedule adherence, and operational readiness across workshops. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on DRP demand. Balance forecasted demand with capacity, including labor, equipment, and material availability. Document planning assumptions, capacity constraints, and loading logic. Conduct scenario planning for workforce, shift optimization, equipment allocation, and supplier capability. Collaborate with demand planners, material planners, and workshop managers for alignment. Monitor fill rates, capacity utilization, and material readiness to ensure execution feasibility. Provide schedule inputs into S&OP and DRP planning cycles. Escalate risks and recommend resource reallocation where necessary (e.g., headcount, outsourcing). Skills: Strong capacity and scenario planning capabilities Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle preferred) Analytical and data-driven decision-making Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Structured and clear communication style Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in production or service planning/scheduling Experience in DRP and S&OP environments APICS certification (CPIM or equivalent) preferred Proven track record of managing mid-term scheduling in manufacturing or service operations #LI-MD1
