The Master Scheduling team is an important radar in the Abbott Logistics Nutrition Organization. The team is responsible for planning the production (3,5 billion USD) in the ‘international’ factories of Abbott Nutrition, of which four are based in Europe, one in Singapore, one in India and one in China (the latter two are directly planned in the Asia region). The master schedule is based on the demand planning of 60-80 affiliates.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in:
At least 5 years experience in logistics and/or supply chain management required.
Language
Fluent English, other languages are a plus

PURPOSE
The Master Scheduler will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of valid 24 month replenishment plan for the assigned plant(s) to conform to business strategies, financial and throughput plans, capacity constraints and the target inventory profiles throughout the supply chain enabling continued growth of sales, margin and market share for commercial affiliates. Focus within the replenishment plan is to optimize inventory levels and identification of supply risks and act upon these risks. This is done by using Planning tools, where parameters are optimized to support the master schedulers’ objective
