Job Description You will generate CAR T-cells from primary human material using isolation, activation, transduction, and expansion techniques. You will perform co-culture assays to validate CAR T-cell performance, including cytotoxicity, phenotyping, and cytokine production measurements. You will employ 3D and 2D imaging workflows for the characterization of the tumor microenvironment. You will test novel reagents for 3D imaging to characterize tumor cells. This position offers you a unique opportunity to obtain your Master’s degree while staying abreast of the latest developments in therapies and the field of imaging. Qualifications You are an enrolled student and have a Bsc. degree in biology. You should be familiar with cellular biology techniques e.g. isolation of PBMC, lentiviral transduction, and co-culture systems. You should have basic imaging skills, such as fluorescence and confocal microscopy as well as histological techniques e.g H&E & Immunohistochemistry. You are well organised, flexible, and conscientiously document your laboratory results. You are curious and eager to learn. Teamwork and open communication are part of your key values.
