QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of experience teaching swim of all ages and all levels
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Ability to work with all spectrum bodied beings, including non-verbal children
• Ability to work with Infants
• Ability to work with Spanish speaking swimmers and their guardians
• Ability to work in Tandem/Groups
• Thorough knowledge and application of teaching swimming and water safety skills
• Strong problem solving and organization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to use a computer and/or smartphone to access your work schedule, clock-in/clock-out, follow through checklists, and reply in a timely manner to work related emails and/or messages.
  Reports to: Member Services Coordinator (Eureka)
  Position Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (Schedule may include weekends, evenings and holidays)
