Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. This role also involves taking the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.
