About the Role
As a Master Technician/Senior Mechanic, you’ll take the lead on complex diagnostic work, repairs, and maintenance while mentoring junior technicians. You’ll be hands-on, problem-solving on a wide variety of vehicles, and trusted to deliver high standards of service. Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Optional, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Duties

  • Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Leading on complex fault finding and problem solving
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Ensuring all work meets industry safety and quality standards
  • Using own tools to complete jobs effectively and efficiently

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a qualified technician/mechanic
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Own tools essential
