Responsibilities
The Master Technician will lead the shop by diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues across drivability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, A/C, and computer systems. This role also involves supporting other technicians, communicating solutions to customers, and mentoring the team to drive overall shop performance.
