As we continue to grow, having quadrupled in size over the years, we are looking to enhance our team with another skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic dedicated to maintaining our high standards of vehicle functionality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
As a Master Technician at Ridgway Cars, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including diagnosing issues, and repairing vehicles, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs across a diverse range of used family cars, primarily light mechanical works, with a focus on quality and customer service.
  • Use diagnostic tools to accurately detect and resolve issues.
  • Carry out standard vehicle maintenance procedures and ensure thorough inspections are completed.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of vehicle issues and repairs to the preparation manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace consistent with company standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a friendly team to promote a productive environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic role.
  • A full, UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working well independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Full-time) 8am to 5pm
  • Opportunities for overtime
