Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Master Technician to join our Mazda service team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Mazda vehicles and demonstrate exceptional diagnostic and repair skills. This role requires a commitment to delivering top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification: Must be a licensed Master Technician with relevant certifications (ASE or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Mazda vehicles or other automotive brands.
  • Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair: Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Mazda vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and other complex systems.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet Mazda’s high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and labor hours.
