Strong software development skills in a team: solid Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, clean APIs, testing, and version control. Comfort with both backend and simple frontend work; ability to learn new frameworks quickly. Clear, concise communication and a product mindset. (Nice to have) Experience with Copilot Studio/Power Platform or similar agent/RAG frameworks. (Nice to have) Familiarity with cloud services, containers, and basic vector search.
