Strong foundation in estimation and optimization theory, digital communications, and digital signal processing. Familiarity with machine learning methods, such as supervised and reinforcement learning. Strong programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python, with experience using machine learning libraries. Nice to have: experience with nonlinear system identification and RF measurements.
