Description Alloy Engineering, located in Berea, OH, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Master Welder to execute advanced welding tasks on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, and others. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of diverse welding techniques in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead. Essential Functions: Skilled in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes. Can handle traditional projects and execute most fit-ups as per AECO's requirements. Ensure that all welding and fabrication work meets or exceeds the standards of ASME and AWS. Accurately interpret and follow both written and verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently. Take ownership of independently managed projects, particularly those involving non-ASME tasks, while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Exhibit a strong commitment to continuous learning and skill development to stay current with industry advancements. Demonstrate accountability for punctuality, consistent attendance, and contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. Commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and ongoing skill improvement. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of advanced welding techniques and fabrication experience. Being certified in AWS is a plus. Must have at least one certification in GMAW or GTAW welding techniques. Strong aptitude in using measuring instruments- tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. The ability to use a forklift and operate a crane is preferred.
