Responsibilities
  • This position begins with a comprehensive introduction to MS-based proteomics, accompanied by hands-on training on state-of-the-art mass spectrometers.
  • You will develop and implement methods to analyze covalent binding of small molecules to proteins, contributing to innovative chemical proteomics applications.
  • You will establish and (semi-)automate experimental workflows and sample preparation procedures for MS-based chemical proteomics studies, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
  • You will fine-tune LC-MS parameters to optimize throughput while maintaining high peptide and protein coverage.You will regularly report, discuss, and document results with your supervisor, while independently designing and executing experiments to advance project goals.
