On behalf of the material organization, this person will assure the procurement and inventory management of high technology or life sciences production and/or non-manufacturing materials, and/or services in accordance with supply chain optimization and management objectives. In order to achieve success, the candidate must take initiative to aggressively look for new improvement and lean opportunities. Responsibilities Solves a broad range of procurement support related problems, AOS escalation, issues and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability. Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, Defective Parts Management to avoid impacts to customer’s/ keysight operation Effective/ Optimized inventory management Responsible for contributing to or leading process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement Willing to support at night (when needed) since suppliers are based in US Qualifications Bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in IT/ computer Science) Minimum 5+ years practical experience in an ERP-based supply chain environment Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Power BI etc Efficient time management to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment, with sense of urgency Able to conceive & construct ad-hoc projects in a very independent manner driving for recommendations which are readily actionable Posess good anaytical and problem solving skills Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
