Our client is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to join their high-performing Integrated Marketing Communications team on a temporary basis.
This role will provide maternity leave coverage and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement, product awareness, and brand growth across multiple channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications—preferably within fast-paced consumer goods or beauty tech

MEDIA PLANNING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) a plus
  • Passion for innovation, storytelling, and creating meaningful consumer impact
  • Thrives in a high-growth, agile environment with cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of 360 plans for product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal activations
  • Manage campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to align messaging, creative, and media strategies
  • Draft creative briefs and contribute to messaging frameworks and content planning
  • Partner with media, PR, influencer, and social teams to ensure seamless activation of campaign strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with post-campaign analysis, recaps, and presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning and storytelling
  • Stay current on consumer insights, marketing trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the tech space.
