  SUMMARY Greets and welcomes Century Casino guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at every opportunity. Processes lottery and merchandise cashier transactions.  Signs up Casino patrons to enroll in the Winners’ Zone and Winner’s Edge programs and virtually communicates the advantages of both programs.  Data entry of points where required, processing members’ reports, minor maintenance on kiosks, etc. Within the casino, assists with the execution of marketing promotions, maintains daily counts of inventory, and upholds the highest commitment to customer service.   Candidate must possess strong: * Winning attitude and outgoing personality, with a focus on delivering unsurpassed excellence in customer service * Excellent communication and presentation skills  * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Stamina and energy required to work long hours when required * Ability to work effectively with all sorts of people * Ability to pay close attention to details  * Ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist patrons complete the online enrollment in the Winner’s Zone and signs Casino patrons to enroll in the Winner’s Edge programs and virtually communicates the advantages of both programs. 2. Professional interaction with other departments. 3. Accurate cash handling skills and documentation. 4. Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members. 5. Provide all aspects of customer service. 6. Maintain a tidy and safe work area. 7. Minor machine repairs. 8. Works lottery ticket booth and Micros cash, effectively handles cash out procedures. 9. Adheres to customer service policies and standards. 10. Aids with execution for various applicable events, which may include seating, ticket taking, and merchandise selling. 11. Helps to execute casino promotions where required. 12. Responsible for inventory of Century assets at open and close of shift.  13. Redeem coupons, make change. 14. Data input for the customer tracking system, point analysis, create vouchers, sell special event tickets, greet customers, and track promotional gifts. 15. Remain up to date on Gaming laws. 16. Answer telephones for guest services. 17. All other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
