· To ensure compliance with all aspects of the Food Hygiene Regulations.
· To ensure customer satisfaction by providing a first-class service of public catering service with a welcoming and friendly attitude
· To attend all league and cup games.
· To attend all appropriate briefings and training sessions organised by Middlesbrough Football Club.
· To coordinate the entire operation of the concession ensuring an efficient service of the highest standard.
· Have a full understanding of the products on the menu.
· To install a culture of continuous improvement.
· Ability to respond to customer complaints efficiently and effectively in a sincere manner.
· Assist with team training and development for the operation of your Concession.
· Encourage your staff to work together with other departments to ensure overall success.
· To comply with procedures set out by management.
