M3 Communications is hiring on behalf of our client, Chapter Two, a modern matchmaking firm. We are looking for emotionally intelligent, people-oriented professionals passionate about building meaningful human connections. Role: Matchmaker & Relationship Consultant Key Responsibilities: • Conduct personalized client consultations • Understand relationship goals and partner preferences • Curate compatible matches and coordinate introductions • Maintain client relationships with professionalism and confidentiality • Support clients throughout their matchmaking journey Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence and empathy • Organized and relationship-focused mindset • Experience in counseling, hospitality, customer relations, or matchmaking is a plus Location: Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai Work Model: Primarily remote with monthly in-person meetups/work sessions.
