Scenergy Dating LLC, DBA The Dating Doc, is the premier dating service for singles seeking an alternative solution through social events, expert coaching, and curated matchmaking. The company has become the destination for quality singles that have become increasingly exhausted by “swipe” culture and seek to humanize the experience of connection.
The Dating Doc also produces dynamic content which promotes a combination of education and entertainment over all social media platforms. The company primarily operates in the San Antonio, TX area and provides coaching and counseling for clients nationwide.
The Dating Doc is currently seeking qualified Associate Matchmakers to assist with providing introductions for existing and new potential clients. The position is located in the San Antonio, TX area.
Title: Matchmaker
Role: The Matchmaker is primarily responsible for coordinating personal introductions between active clients and qualifying prospective clients. This role is similar to an Account Executive due to emphasis on maintaining strong relationships with active accounts while developing new leads.
Additional tasks include assisting in the planning and coordination of daily, weekly, and periodic matchmaking related business tasks. Additionally, the Matchmaker is responsible for contacting clients, prospective clients, and building strategic social networks.
The role is hybrid in nature; 70% remote and 30% in person.
Compensation: Commission can range between $500-$2,500 per new client. The company will also compensate $20-$35 an hour dependent on project and allocated hours.
Training: Matchmaker will receive a minimum of 2 hours, but not to exceed 10, of in person training and virtual training by company management. This will include learning systems, roles, and reviewing tasks.
