Role Summary: As the Inventory & Materials Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our materials organized, accurate, and ready for production. You’ll maintain a structured inventory system, manage the material cage, and perform regular reconciliations to keep records in sync. Working with Finance, Engineering, and Operations, you’ll make sure materials are properly tracked, staged, and available to support just-in-time builds. From interpreting BOMs and customer drawings to cleaning up legacy systems and improving traceability, this role is all about ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/365, including Excel. Salesforce and/or ERP knowledge a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habits
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory, or material discrepancies
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with frequent interruptions, while maintaining accuracy
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships across departments (sales, engineering, production)
  • Effective verbal and written communicator with internal teams and vendors
  • Ability to coach and train others, sharing process knowledge and system expertise as needed
  • Works well in both independent and team-based environments
  • Basic arithmetic, writing and reading comprehension skills to record and transfer data.
