Description

We are currently hiring a full-time Material & Production Planner in Milton, DE .
The Material & Production Planner is responsible for short- and long-term planning, scheduling, and ordering to support brewing and packaging operations in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role develops production schedules based on current demand, manages inventory levels of ingredients and materials, and leads continuous improvement initiatives aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). The planner collaborates closely with Brewery Operations, the BBC Supply Chain team, key vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient daily operations and consistent fulfillment of customer needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of relevant manufacturing and production planning experience with working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Preferred)
  • Proficient with Computer Skills; Microsoft Office, strong MS Excel skills, plus familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management in multi-functional departments
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
  • Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Self-starter, proactive
  • Proven conflict resolution skills; be able to think through relatively complex issues and arrive at thought-out solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and reduce waste.
