Job Description This warehouse associate will support daily warehouse operations within the physical logistics area, including receiving materials, storing inventory, performing parts counting, repackaging items and preparing shipments for both internal and external customers. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to keep materials moving efficiently. This position requires compliance with all safety procedures and meeting established standards for quality, quantities and deadlines. Responsibilities - Responsible to perform the warehouse activities below but not limited to: Receiving & Inbound Processing Physically receive all incoming materials into the plant (excluding heavy machinery) Verify shipments for accuracy, condition, and documentation Process incoming items into the inventory system and ensure proper labeling Material Storage & Inventory Management Store materials in designated locations following proper organization methods Perform and verify physical inventory counts - Maintain accurate inventory levels of all items Apply 5S principles to keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit‑ready Use KANBAN and FIFO systems to maintain efficient material flow Material Movement & Internal Support Transfer and deliver materials, components, and parts to internal customers Coordinate and assist with internal teams such as Quality and Requestors Operate warehouse tools such as scanners, computers, pallet jacks and forklifts Shipping & Outbound Processing Prepare and ship finished products to customers Ship spare parts to repair vendors and subcontractors Learn and support import/export processes Safety & Quality Maintain safe work practices and follow all plant safety procedures Ensure all warehouse tasks meet company quality standards Qualifications High School diploma 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move materials as required Good communication and teamwork skills Principles of quality, safety, etc. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience in SAP MRP system is desirable Lean logistics principles (kanban, FIFO, etc.) Additional Information This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
