MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in positions similar to warehouse, distribution, or production operations.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and afternoon/night shifts with varying start times.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time at the Memphis Complex location in Memphis, TN.
  • Proven ability to actively listen, collaborate effectively with others, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially in challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and direct a team of UAW-represented employees across various warehouse functions including Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team and operational performance.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee time worked and absences in accordance with company policy and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Drive the achievement of critical operational objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Absenteeism within established timelines.
  • Engage proactively with key stakeholders, including suppliers, LTL carriers, and DDS carriers to support objective delivery.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Effectively manage personal behaviors and hold the hourly workforce accountable to established processes and standards.
