• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or trade school is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse and production environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, particularly Epicor.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage changing and multiple priorities effectively.
