Job Title: Material Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Material Control Administrative professional to join our team. This role involves entering sales orders, maintaining inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service support during the second shift. Responsibilities Enter sales orders and prepare materials for shipment. Generate and send shipping packets and reports. Notify relevant parties of unfulfilled orders. Review and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory data. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipping records. Provide customer service support as needed. Essential Skills Inventory management Planning and cycle counting Report preparation Supply chain management Shipping and receiving Customer service orientation Order entry Inventory control ERP and inventory tracking Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of related experience or training. JD Edwards or ERP experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in basic math and data entry. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Outlook. Ability to use a 10-key calculator. Work Environment The position is based in an office and warehouse setting with moderate noise levels. It requires sitting, walking, and close vision. Safety equipment must be worn on the warehouse floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, Kentucky. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
