THE OPPORTUNITY:

CACI is currently seeking a Material Coordinator. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is based at our Melbourne, FL facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirements
• 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, production, or materials planning environment Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using an ERP system such as Costpoint

• Experience working in material handling or as a production coordinator in the aerospace or defense industry.

• Track materials throughout the production lifecycle
• Create manufacturing orders and purchase requests for consumables and inventory to support material planning
• Support the non-conformance process, including associated material transactions
• Monitor production inventory levels and assist with inventory audits
• Participate in daily production stand-up meetings
• Close manufacturing orders and deliver completed parts to the stockroom
• Validate that manufacturing documentation matches the as-built configuration
• Respond to emergency parts requests and provide on-call support as needed
• Collaborate with receiving inspection to process incoming parts
• Perform other tasks as assigned
